Destine is het Nederlandse antwoord op bands als Fall Out Boy, Simple Plan en Paramore. In 2006 richten Robin (leadzanger), Hubrecht (gitaar), Tom (bass), Laurens (toetsen) en Robin (drums) Destine op. In hetzelfde jaar brengen ze een EP uit onder de titel ‘A Dozen Dreams EP’ waarna ze meer dan 70 shows geven in Nederland, Engeland, Wales, Duitsland, Frankrijk en België. Naast de eigen tour verzorgen ze ook diverse malen het voorprogramma voor bands als New Found Glory en Fall Out Boy.
